Where to stay with 10 month old in PCB or Destin area

Hi Ladies, Does anyone have a rec for a specific condo that you've stayed at in the PCB or Destin area? We've stayed at Origin at SeaHaven pre-baby. This will be the first time going with a baby (she will be 10 months in May) and we're considering trying somewhere new. We want to be on or across the street from the beach, and are looking for a 1 bedroom that's CLEAN. Let me know where you've stayed, why you like it and what kind of food options are nearby (places to grab lunch on the beach? other restaurants in walking distance or driving?). Thanks!!
