breach and early

I'm usually just a lurker but I have a question for you mommas. I had a check up on Monday and my Dr said baby is actually laying sideways, her head is on my left side and she is almost full breach. He also said I'm measuring a week ahead of my due date.... should I be expecting an early delivery?? I was induced with my last kid so I am anxious about going into labor on my own and early! Advice? ?

My little one is full breech, and I'm measuring 2w 5d ahead. He is a really big baby. I'm scheduled on for a c-section at 39 weeks. My OB said if I went into labor prior to my scheduled date, and he is still breech. Then they would continue with a c-section. This is #3 for me.

My LO is between transverse and breech. I am seeing a chiropractor to help convince her to turn, also fully plan on trying an averision before I even contemplate a section. It is my truest nightmare. Baby being breech has no bearing on an early delivery.

Just because you're measuring ahead, doesn't mean they will come early. Sometimes the measurements are off due to fluid, position, etc.

measuring ahead has little to do with when you will deliver.

I had an 11 pounder at 39w and only because I was induced...he was content in there an would have stayed put longer.
