symptoms dissapearing at 7 weeks???

Hi this is my first pregnancy and I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this I am 7 weeks and since sunday my symptoms have just started to dissapear I didnt have cramping or bleeding and I just need to know if my baby is okay!

The search function (and a pregnancy book) would be your friend in this situation.
The coming and going of symptoms is completely normal and has no bearing on the health of your baby.

Symptoms can come and go, come and stay, or not come at all. Symptoms are not indicative of the health of your pregnancy.

Im 5 weeks and mine have seem to go away as well! I dont have an appt and wont have an ultrasound until 9 weeks or so. So im definitely in the same boat and worried

Totally normal. Symptoms definitely come and go.

At around 7 weeks my symptoms disappeared for the most part. I'm 10 weeks 2 days and they are slowly starting to show again. With my first two, I had no shortage of nausea and vomiting. This third started off with a little nausea in the morning, then pretty much falling off completely by 7 weeks. My sore boobs are 100% gone, as is bloating. Since week 7 I felt like there was no way I could be pregnant. I felt too good to be pregnant. The only thing I had was fatigue, although that could have easily been from working full time and going to school full time. I was nervous as all hell but decided to wait it out until my 9 week 5 day appointment since I pretty much knew my OB was going to confirm the pregnancy with ultrasound right there in the office. It took her 20 minutes to come into the room, and my anxiety was only getting Worse. All worries went away when she looked at the baby and showed us the heart beat. So just because your symptoms disappear does not always mean the worst.

I never had any at all and still don't. And I agree with everyone else. They can come and go.

Thank you for the replies!!* it helps ease my mind a little got my first u/s in a week guess I'll just have to wait and see!
