    4. 2WW, 7dpo according to FF, but I think I might only be 4dpo.  Had some weird cramping yesterday and this morning.  If FF is right then I will probably start testing Sunday since my lp seems to be about 10 days.

    5. Bleh.  We've only had sex twice this whole month because H hasn't been in the mood.  If ff has o day right then timing was good, if I'm right about o day then timing was not so good.  Oh well.

QOTW: At home - I hate doing dishes.  At work - I hate filing.

    3. Haven't checked in here in a few weeks. Three weeks ago we were on vacation in Southern Cal (a heavenly break from the brutal cold here in the Northeast), and then two weeks ago I went to see a new OB/gyn. She said, after the exam, that she expects my cycles to resume shortly. I haven't had a period since 2012, before conceiving DD.

    4. I'm not sure if I've ovulated. I've used OPKs sporadically this "cycle," but haven't gotten a positive. Have to wait until I get a period before I can fire up the ole' fertility monitor we used last time.

    5. Anxious/impatient to get my cycles back. Also (warning! child mentioned!)... and I am very hesitant to mention this on a board where women would give absolutely anything to have this problem, so please know that I know how lucky I am to have had a child, but... DD has been sleeping absolutely horribly since we returned from our trip. Up several times a night, screaming bloody murder for milk. It is demoralizing and makes me slightly ambivalent about TTC, even though I really would like to give her a sibling. But I am so exhausted, such a zombie, it feels like I have a newborn again. This is not how it should be when one's child is 21 months old. Okay, sorry I just ranted! I know that this is probably not the right place for it. But the experience is affecting how I feel about TTC.

QOTW: I really don't like grocery shopping. Happily, the hubsters usually does it.

    3. CD17, still waiting to O. OPKs seem to be getting darker and I think this morning was pretty darn close to positive, but maybe not 100%?

    4. Same old- acupuncture, herbs, cut out coffee, positivity. Have an RE appt next Tuesday (finally).

    5. I feel better this cycle than i did last time. Since I was going to be away around what is normally my fertile week, I was originally counting this month out. But it looks like I haven't O'd according to both temps and OPKs, so we are truly covering the window.

Chores: cleaning the bathroom.  I hate it so much.

Congrats to our new grads, I feel like we've had quite a few recently. And to all those willing to step up to do check ins- you rock.

@stairbear- I can understand how awful that must be. Don't have any of my own but was just visiting my nieces.  Holy cow. The LO is 3.5 weeks. Cries. All. The Time. Unless you are holding her.and even then, she's often crying. Her parents are kind of losing their minds. Can only imagine sleep regression. That sux.
@suziq1978 sorry about the Hs lack of desire. You guys talk about it at all? Maybe you need a weekend away from the kiddos.

@Dwmmwd - I did talk to him about it a couple days ago.  He says that I'm always so tired, soooo it's basically my fault.  I told him that wasn't fair because I specifically didn't mention my fertile window this month and I asked several times and got turned down.  I don't think men ever see it the way we see it.  He did just change jobs so maybe he's still adjusting.  I'm hoping for better next cycle.  We'll see.

I took a look at your chart.  Your temps are definitely wonky this cycle, but it looks like maybe you'll ovulate in the next day or two.  FX for a temp increase to confirm that!  :)

Well, it's been awhile, I just didn't feel like typing the same thing so lurked and waited for something new to happen :p.  So here's my update, I hope you're all doing well!!  I see a lot of new names I don't recognize.

    1. Your Name or Screen Name (not full names) and State you are from.

    Ciara - IN

    2. How long have you been TTC? Are you TTC #1,#2,#3, etc.?
TTC#1 since Nov 13 (So just over a year now)

    3. What are you doing this cycle? Are you seeking help with a fertility specialist (RE)? If so, what stage are you in? Charting/temping? Testing? Medicated cycles? IUI? IVF? DE?
Well, after a year of trying, with no indication of what was "wrong" after tests etc (unexplained infertility), we decided to do IUI.  So this was our first IUI and now I am 4 DPO. We never tested my mucus, so if that was a factor, then hopefully IUI is the answer.  I've been doing u/s monitoring at the RE, and I had 12 Antral Follicles at CD 3, but even on Clomid, just one mature follicle at time of IUI (25mm, which I think is kind of big...)

    4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test?
2WW - I hate this stage - lol.  I go in for a blood test at 9 DPO to make sure my progesterone is high.

    5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
Hmmm, right now I feel mild/medium cramping in my lower abdomen, but historically, this is an indication that my lining is breaking down getting ready for AF - maybe it's different this time.  But I do have hope!

QOTW: What is your least favorite chore/responsibility?
Cleaning the toilet bowl (ewww).  My husband normally takes care of that :)

    Me: 35, DH: 33
TTC for first baby since 11/13
    Charting BBT

    4. CD29 9DPO, tested this morning... and I got a faint positive! Still cautiously optimistic since I had the CP last month but I'm going to keep testing through CD32 (which is when my positive became a negative last month) and see if it progresses.

    5. SO HOPEFUL!

QOTW: Favorite Chore: Laundry since I like how everything comes out of the dryer warm and smelling good, Least Favorite: cleaning bathrooms...yuck!

@Stairbear - I totally understand what you are going through. Our DD has been having a bit of a sleep regression too. I just keep reminding myself that this too shall pass! Good Luck!

    3. What are you doing this cycle? Are you seeking help with a fertility specialist (RE)? If so, what stage are you in? Charting/temping? Testing? Medicated cycles? IUI? IVF? DE?
IUI#3 after 6 days of Gonal-F 150IU.  Acupuncture (went in the morning of my IUI this month - can't hurt, right?), no alcohol, no diet coke, limiting caffeine to one coffee per day, trying to eat better, CoQ10

    4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test?
3 dpiui.  My ovaries STILL feel heavy after the injects.  Anyone else experience this?  It's getting better day by day, but geez!  Beta on 3/6.

    5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
I'm always hopeful.  We had 1 mature and 1 almost mature the day before trigger.  I'm hoping the almost mature one grew a bit. I feel like everything else really lines up well this cycle.  I did everything I could, pulled out all the stops on every medical and alternative thing I could do.  I get it, my RE was worried about overstimulating me because I have PCOS, but if we don't get pregnant this time, we're going to have to be more aggressive here.

QOTW: What is your least favorite chore/responsibility?
Putting things away (dishes, laundry) - I don't mind doing the dishes or laundry, I just hate the aftermath.  :)

Feel free to add any vents or shout outs.
So pleased for all our new grads!  You give me hope! :)

3-4 Planning on IUI most likely tomorrow but waiting for dr confirmation. I had 1 large follie and another ok one (just like you again @emsmama15‌ )! Will have two consecutive days of iui. Took Femara and will likely trigger tonight.

    5. I'm hopeful but really disappointed. DH was able to make it to the dr consult after my u/s today and they were running way behind. Like an hour behind! So DH had to leave, I had to pick up our DS so we had to reschedule. It's very difficult for DH to take off work so it was frustrating. We were going discuss if we would do a third iui or move to IVF if not successful this month. I thought we were going to ivf but DH is considering another iui. So consult is now next week :( hopefully this iui works and discussion over!

QOTW - I can't stand dusting. I don't like having to move around stuff. I'm so lazy about it. Also dislike scrubbing the tub.

    Hey ladies!

    Jill here from NC.

Been TTC #1 for about 2 years now.

I have PCOS and am still doing natural treatments: lots of exercise, low carb diet, Vitex, Ovastiol (an inositol supplement to help with insulin absorption and sugar levels), flax seed oil, prenatal vitamins, pre-conception tea. Taking temp as well as OPK's every morning.

I'm just waiting to O. Currently at cycle day 22. I've had the flashy smiley face for 6 days now and feeling so impatient. Since I've been charting and doing OPK's, I've noticed that I can ovulate anywhere between cycle day 18-29 (yes, it's all over the place). Fingers crossed I actually ovulate this month!!

I'm feeling all over the place. Some days I feel hopeful that I'm about to ovulate and that this month is it for me. But then I lose hope when I don't get a positive OPK and think that maybe I've been too stressed this month or something? Ugh. Husband is happy, though, because we're still be doing it every other day (since cycle day 16).

I hate taking out the recycling. It piles up in our house for weeks and spills out of the closet. I don't mind everything else and for some reason really enjoy cleaning the bathroom .

rspalding001 - I hope that this faint line turns into a real life BFP! Fingers crossed for you!

KirstenAlecia yeah CPs are a pretty low key kind of miscarriage. You are only just barely pregnant and the fertilized egg terminate on its own usually before most people even know they were pregnant to begin with. Once you get AF back there is no reason you cant keep right on trying just like before.

Thats not to say they arent just as emotionally challenging... I dont want to disrespect anyone who has had one or multiple (myself included)

    1. Your Name or Screen Name (not full names) and State you are from.
    Aus from Baltimore.

    2. How long have you been TTC? Are you TTC #1,#2,#3, etc.?
TTC number one (and likely only) since Sept 2013.

    3. What are you doing this cycle? Are you seeking help with a fertility specialist (RE)? If so, what stage are you in? Charting/temping? Testing? Medicated cycles? IUI? IVF? DE?
I had my first IUI today after Clomid CD5-9 and a couple of ultrasounds. It went as well as it possibly could - I likely ovulated on both sides (good news when you have a bad tube), DH gave them a really great sample, and the timing was good.

    4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test?
    It's O day, CD14.

    5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
Cautiously optimistic. It would be really awesome to have a November baby, since DH and I both have November birthdays.

QOTW: What is your least favorite chore/responsibility?
Unloading the dishwasher. I feel like, since the dishes are clean, the chore should be done. Of course, if DH unloads the dishwasher, he just puts things away wherever and I'm stuck with a scavenger hunt next time I want to cook something.
Me: 38 DH: 40 TTC#1 (and likely only) since 9/13. Saw RE 5/14, SA good, AMH 2.36, FSH 7.2, estradiol 69.6 indicating good egg reserve. Using OPKs. First Letrozole cycle 6/14, a burst cyst and a BFN. Second Letrozole cycle 7/14, BFN.

Update 11/14 - had laparoscopy 10/28, good news is that my uterus and left tube look good, and they were able to drain the cyst on my left ovary. Bad news is that right tube and ovary have endo and scar tissue, so they're pretty useless.. Best news is that we finally have some answers and a path forward. Taking 7.5 mg letrozole CD 2-6 to put that good left ovary through its paces.

UPDATE 2/2015 - We switched to another fertility clinic, but fortunately we don't have to start all over. We're doing two cycles of Clomid plus IUI, if neither of those take, we'll do IVF in April, potentially with ICSI. (DH's SA has gone downhill, likely due to excessive exercise.) IUI#1 2/25/15....

    5. I feel like my body is finally starting to make some sense to me after coming off years of HBC. It seems like its taken for ever for me to get a normal cycle back, but I've been really excited to get more intune with my body.

QOTW: Decluttering, I love vacuming and mopping, but the general 'putting stuff away' chores are the worst...

    1. Your Name or Screen Name (not full names) and State you are from.

    OldNell, Pennsylvania.

     2. How long have you been TTC? Are you TTC #1,#2,#3, etc.?

TTC #1 since January 2014, so just over a year.

    3. What are you doing this cycle? Are you seeking help with a fertility specialist (RE)? If so, what stage are you in? Charting/temping? Testing? Medicated cycles? IUI? IVF? DE?

RE consult last month and tests. HSG scheduled for Tuesday (assuming my cycle cooperates). Appointment with RE a week later to discuss results of all the testing. Charting, temping, and OPKs (ok, this month, not so much with the temping after a bout of norovirus).

    4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test?

CD 26 and getting normal PMS symptoms with temperature dip. Tested two days ago before the dip - don't plan to test again unless CD 28 passes without AF making an appearance.

    5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)

Was feeling quite hopeful - irrationally optimistic this cycle. Now just thinking about the HSG and next month.

QOTW: What is your least favorite chore/responsibility?

I schkeeve vacuuming. I would rather clean a thousand toilets with a toothbrush (not mine tho) than vacuum my living room.

    2. How long have you been TTC? Are you TTC #1,#2,#3, etc.? Since miscarriage and D&C surgery May 2012, IVF/ICSI is our only option because of DH's dx.

    3. What are you doing this cycle? Are you seeking help with a fertility specialist (RE)? If so, what stage are you in? Charting/temping? Testing? Medicated cycles? IUI? IVF? DE? Potentially IVF/ICSI #4 with a fresh PESA for DH and then CCS and later FET at the "big clinic".

    4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test?  Had my pap and annual last week, DH had his consult with the new infertility urologist he only needs DH to repeat his hormone bloodwork to make sure he has sperm production he does not need to examine him which DH is thrilled about.  AF started yesterday so I braved the cold this morning and brought my shipping kit to the local hospital lab and had my CD 3 labs drawn and spun to serum and they will be shipped to the "big clinic" on Monday.  There were a ton of instructions for the lab so I hope it all goes smoothly.  Next I wait for CD 3 test results and schedule a phone regroup with the RE for the week of March 9th to learn our chances of success, he is big on percentages.  RE also wants me to have an HSG either soon before stims or after ER but before FET.

Neutral. We've only got it done once this month due to being so exhausted from work.  And kind of sad that we have to resort to IVF.

    3. Temped for a full cycle for the first time, will try OPK tests next cycle
    4. AF just arrived :-(, I was so hoping for it, especially since so many friends and coworkers are announcing their pregnancies and births.
    5. Was trying to be less anxious than the last cycle when I was late 5 days and had a BFN. At least I now know my LP is ~16 days so I did not waste a HPT this time around (I was planning to test 18 dpo).

QOTW: What is your least favorite chore/responsibility? Cleaning the bathroom.
