amber teething necklace

Anybody know anything about amber teething necklaces and when to start using them? I think my LO may be starting to teeth!

I've heard lots of positive feedback about them. I asked several parents I know and they all said is helped with fussiness. I ordered mine today from Amazon and plan to start using it soon if it fits and is not to big. My LO is definitely teething so if this helps I'll try it!
