Progesterone Suppositories

Hi Ladies!
I had a cerclage placed at 13 weeks due to a shortened cervix. I started progesterone suppositories today (22 weeks+) and was told I would continue them until I had the cerclage removed at 36 or 37 weeks. The prescription I have is a Tier 3 drug under my insurance, so it is $100 for a 30 day supply. If I fill it 3 times, it would get me to 4 days before my 36 week appointment. Has anyone stopped the suppositories before having their cerclage removed? I really don't want to pay another $100 for a week or so of use. I do intend to ask my doctor at my next visit; just wondering others experiences in the mean time. Thank you!
