Thank @CarrieB.‌ for keeping this thread alive with me. Anybody else out there?

We used to get like 20 people responding to this thread every week before the bumpocolypse.

Well lots of people are lurking on these posts but not posting. So that's kind of lame.

I know this thread got started last week, but I'll add in my plans for this week since I actually did a decent job planning meals! I know I sometimes see meals where I wonder if the kids eat everything, so I thought I'd just note if we do something slightly different for the kids with the meals. They always eat what we eat, but we'll leave some things a bit more plain for them sometimes, and have them at least try a bite of ours.

Sunday - Baked scallops, rice pilaf, cauliflower

Monday - Bean and cheese burritos (homemade refried beans in the crockpot), corn, rice (spanish rice for DH and I; plain for the kids)

Tuesday - Beef Stew in the crockpot, corn bread, salad (kids usually eat sliced up avocado on the side when we have salad)

Wednesday - Pasta with shrimp and squash sauce (we'll keep some pasta plain for kids and squash on the side) https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/rigatoni-with-squash-and-prawns-recipe.html

Thursday - Citrus Marinated Chicken Thighs, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussel Sprouts (https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/citrus-marinated-chicken-thighs)

Friday - Leftover night - we should have leftover burritos, stew and pasta. We sometimes heat up a few chicken nuggets for the kids if there aren't good leftovers for them

Saturday - Brinner - French Toast, Fruit

Sorry, I would have started a new thread but we are all recovering from the stomach flu so no meal plans this week, just trying to survive. :(
