Cramping 7dpo with IUI

I had my 4th IUI last Monday, assisted by clomid and the trigger shot. Today, my husband and I attempted to be intimate, but I started having INTENSE cramps... Could. Not. Move. I was on the verge of tears and was about to call my doctor. But then they started to subside. I am still a little crampy (4 hours later). Is this normal?
