    Neither Graco seat you linked is a good choice because they have a rear adjust harness. It's a major PITA and lots of parents do not use them correctly.

    Either Saftey 1st seat would be a fine choice.

    Out of the ones you listed, I would use the safety 1st on board.  It is really good for small babies and will last the longest out of all these seats. 
    I had a graco snug ride 22 with my second.  It is the only seat that I have used on this list, but have researched the safety 1st on board.

    The Graco's you mentioned have a rear adjust which are a pain and they barely fit a newborn properly (straps are too high).

    I would pick the Safety 1st onboard
