Salem : In-home or nanny Recommendations?

Greetings all,

My husband and I are expecting in July and already looking into the daunting task of child-care.  We have a center in mind, but also wanted to explore in-home or nanny options.  We don't know anyone in the are with children, so I was hoping some people in here might have some recommendations?  We are slightly causious of in-home options because it is a lot harder to get reviews, etc.
