Loud music harmful to LO?

LO is 3 weeks old.  We really want to go back to church.  I plan to wear the baby as to keep others out of his face (will def not be taking him to the nursery quite yet) BUT we go to a very large church that has somewhat of a concert feel to the music portion.  Is that music harmful to LO's ears?  OR are they just as 'durable" as my ears?  Sorry if that sounds stupid..... Does he need ear plugs or ear muffs? OR..... ?

If you're worried about it, they do make ear plugs for infants. I know I would be by the sounds of it.
