baby refuses to bottle feed

my baby is 10 weeks old and he refuses to bottle feed. when he was about 4 weeks old i introduced him to the bottle (with breast milk) and he fed well but now he refuses to drink from his bottle, he only wants to be breast fed. any tips on how to get him to bottle feed again?

i'd appreciate any bit of help or opinion on this one because i'm suppose to go back to work next week.
