This weekly check-in is for anyone using/considering or who has used a 3rd party method of reproduction, including: Donor egg, donor sperm, embryo adoption, gestation carrier, or surrogate - also Donors, GC's and surrogates are welcome as well! If you don't check-in for 3 weeks you'll be removed from the list but we'll happily add you back next time you check in! NOTE: Board etiquette - please post BFPs separately from the check-in, with a warning in message title.

No update here.  I'm just impatiently waiting for march to be here.  

QOTW: I would like to focus on being healthier and lose about 15 lbs.  I'm not sure if I will commit to it being my New Year resolution, mostly because it' such a cliche.

Morning. It is 7:00 am here and I am laying here dealing with menstrual cramps that I have had on and off for the last 3 days. I am 13dpo and cd 27. So I am feeling completely bumped that AF is on the way (though not sure why I have had cramps for 3 days). Trying not to get to upset because I am staying with my brother's family through New Years. My period is supposed to come tomorrow but feeling like it is coming today, I am also suppose to have beta tomorrow but since I am out of town I am not going (RE knows).

Qotw: To focus on myself. Spiritually, mentally and physically.

AFM:  Should be starting my period tomorrow and will start BCP's on CD3. 

QOTW:  Same as every year, lose some weight.  I've slowly gained over the 1 1/2 years with RE.  Not his fault!  I actually started eating better Saturday.  Hopefully it sticks!

***PAIF***
We were so nervous for our 9 week ultrasound today. The past week was rough, finding out that we lost Ninja B, Ninja A being behind with growth, and then having all my symptoms disappear entirely. I thought it was over. Thank goodness this morning's ultrasound proved us wrong. Ninja Squirrel is still measuring behind, but in a week s/he grew a full week's worth. S/he measures at 8w0d (I am 8w6d today) and the heartbeat is very reassuring at 160bpm. The picture on the ultrasound also looks so much different from last week. Thank god. We were freaking out and feel a lot better now. Every single step of the way has been an uphill battle. I'm so exhausted.

QOTW: I don't do New Year's Resolutions. Though I am really looking forward to a clean slate at work.

Currently 7 weeks and I have my good days and bad days. We have officially graduated from the RE and we have our first ob/gyn appt on Jan 15.


I don't really do New Years resolutions.

Hi, I feel good, sometimes great! My bump is getting very obvious. Prob announcing on FB soon, most close friends and family already know the minute they see me.

What are your next steps? Anatomy Scan is next week. Other than that I'm pretty much hanging out til May Due Date. (So far she is passing all of her additional screening/testing due to my AMA)

How are you feeling? Much better, I started walking and working out 3x / week w a trainer and that has improved a lot of symptoms. I have zero constipation anymore. Sleeping ok.

QOTW: Do you have a New Years resolution, if so what is it? I really want to organize my home...damn, Pinterest.

We hit 10 weeks on Christmas day.  XMAS eve U/S shows great development.  We spent XMAS with our Surrogate and her family.  Her son loved his gift from Santa.  She is feeling a bit better.  Looking forward to hitting the second trimester before feeling like this is really going to stick.  Next appointment is on January 16th.

Hey there, sorry I haven't updated in a while, there's just been nothing to tell. Still waiting on a match for my last transfer. Hopefully it will be in February (although February is a busy month but I will take what comes). 

QOTW: I am ALWAYS wanting to lose weight, so I agree with @mm29 saying it's cliche, it's not really a resolution for me. I guess if there's anything it's that I'm trying to get in a good place before this last transfer. I've gotten so cynical and bitter and just unhappy, and I know that can't help things. So I guess I'm just trying to be a better person in general - mind, spirit, body - all that.

Hugs to everyone in need. My heart goes out to all of you. -- We hit 33 weeks today. Where did the time go??!!!!! Heading out later this week for a very quick visit with our GC & go to a check up with her. We are in one state & she, another. Our little girl is progressing as expected - moving up a storm lately too. Can't believe we are six weeks out!!!! We are inducing at 39 weeks. New due date February 10th! QOTW - I don't really do resolutions, but for 2015 I really need to take better care of myself so I can take great care of our little one. Here's to 2015!
