How to add multiple tickers

I wanted to add my FF chart and a ticker to my signature, but only one of them works at a time.  Now I've got the FF ticker with my CD, but when I go to paste in my chart, it stays as a code.  Why is the first one working but not the 2nd one?  I am following the directions from the Newbie blog, it just won't work the 2nd time.  TIA!
