Accidents on purpose

My daughter was nearly potty trained and now it's like she's purposely peeing in her underwear or pull-up.  At night, I know it's an excuse to get out of bed but even during the day she knows exactly what she is supposed to do but she has stopped going to the bathroom when she needs to pee.  I know it's becoming a power thing for her.  I was so proud of her for doing well and now we are going totally backwards.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this?
