Yesterday was our wedding anniversary, and we take a photo every year for our anniversary album. MH got the idea from his grandparents who were married over 60 years (and taking pics back then wasn't the cakewalk it is nowadays). IMMS that this year's pic was at the church where we were married and that L is in the pic with us.

IMMS that I could do some last minute shopping on Amazon this weekend and everything will arrive before Christmas. I couldn't even think about Christmas until we got back from Maui.

After several days of Grr being a tiny terrorist, on bottle strike, not sleeping through the night, etc. he slept through the night again last night!!!

I was almost in tears at the thought of being up with a screamy baby all night. Now cross your fingers he will start taking bottles again!! He takes the boob great, but suddenly he hits and swats the bottle away when offered by anyone.

N is still processing my haircut. The other morning I was sitting on the floor helping him get dressed. He took a long look at my head and declared, "Momma, your hair looks KINDA nice," in a tone that said otherwise.

5 months. He'd been sleeping through the night since about 6 weeks.

I was listening to NPR today and they were talking about how we should have better maternity leave in this country.  Which I obviously agree with.  But then they were like "Yeah.  Because you don't even start sleeping again until like three months.  Or even SIX months!" Like six months of not sleeping was the worst case scenario.

@SuperTinkerham‌ my baby is in a bottle refusing stage too. Some days it's one bottle, one day it's all bottles, fresh or frozen. It's stressful, but I'm going with it being teething related.

IMMS that we finished our Christmas shopping tonight, finally. We still have to print some photos for the grandparents, but otherwise done. Oh and my magic sleepsuit came in the mail today
