Intro and Unisom Question

Hi Ladies - I'm nearing the end of the first trimester with baby #3 - I posted a lot with the first two pregnancies but have only been an occasional lurker with this one. 

I had really bad nausea with my first two pregnancies, but this is the first one that also had a lot of vomiting and inability to eat.  SO, I started unison/B6 and was able to eat despite the nausea.   Now several weeks later my nausea is barely there, but if I miss a pill, it comes right back.  The thing is, I am nauseated farther along than before (usually stopped by 11).  

Question: Could stopping unisom be causing rebound nausea?  Anyone experience this?  I'm sure this could just be an 'every pregnancy is different' thing, but I don't know if I should just continue occasionally trialing a unisom stop or if I should start a wean instead.  Thanks!

I'm also on my third pregnancy. This time around my sickness is worse. I'm currently 23 weeks and still struggle with nausea. I would take what you can to keep it at bay, there is no telling when it will pass.
