9 month checkup? Hemoglobin?

My baby has anemia her hemoglobin is 10 and normal level is 11-13 . I feel like a failure I've BF until about 3 weeks and I make her food organic veggies and combo with chicken. I thought I was feeding adequately actually over feeding she has huge breakfast and 4oz at lunch and dinner and fruit as snacks again. We have to give her an iron supplement and recheck her next month. I just hope her levels increase and is back to gaining weight

@lincbeesmom‌ oh shoot it must have sent a draft I asked if any STM had this happened to them with their other children and how long did it take to have the levels come back up
