Help me make dinner ladies! I have a whole container of taco seasoned shredded chicken that i want to use for dinner tonight. But heres the dilemma. We've had mexican/mexican style food for 4 days in a row and I'm a bit sick of it. But I need to use this chicken before its no longer good.

Any ideas?? Ive thought about maybe chicken salad sandwiches, or even salad, maybe pasta? would that be good? ugh. 

Ive hit a wall with my creativity for left overs.

Just freeze the shredded chicken.

I mean, it's taco seasoned. It's hard to get away from Mexican with that.
