the dreaded mamogram call back

So they've detected a change in density from my mamogram in Jan 2013 to last week and they called me to come in for another test tomorrow. Another mamogram honed in to that spot. I'm trying to get my clean bill of health before stimming Jan. 2nd. I know it's probably nothing to be alarmed about but I'm wondering if it's related to having started BC a few weeks ago and/or the clomid and the other drugs from my IUI last month, because my boobs have grown in the past month! Just wanted to ask if any other ladies have had a similar call back and what ended up happening. I don't need this extra stress right now...grrr.
Me 42, DH 33, TTC for about a year naturally (but no protection for 4 yrs). Together 6 yrs, married June 2014.
CD 3, FSH of 15, E2 67, AMH 0.43, LH 6.2, normal HSG test
DH good count but low volume, 87% motility, 1% morphology
IUI#1 - Nov 2014, 100 mg clomid and HCG, 2 large follies 20 & 16mm (7 follies total). BFN
IVF# 1 Jan 2014, 225 Gonal F, 225 Menopur, Ganirelix, 4R/3M/1F w/ICSI - PUPO!

    Happened to me a couple years ago, after THREE sets of x-rays, they did an ultrasound and determined I have harmless cysts and PS, they can't read mammograms on me because I have dense breasts. So all the x-rays were a waste of time. Now I just do MRIs. It takes longer but at least I avoid the dreaded call back. 

    Hope yours is nothing too.

    No experience with this but crossing my fingers for you that everything turns out ok

    Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).

    We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).

    Me: 32, Addison's Disease causing premature ovarian failure
    DH: 32, Testicular cancer survivor
    *Gameday decision** IUI or IVF cycle #1 beginning January '15 postponed to February '15
    Change of plans-- Donor Egg Cycle beginning Dec '15
    Currently we have our little fur-baby Milo to keep us busy!

    @dyork it sure is! I feel like I dodged a bullet and it made me thank my lucky stars. Had a volleyball friend who found out she had breast cancer when she was 8 mo pregnant and since had a double mastectomy. All I could think about was her and she's barely 30! She happened to feel a lump and put off getting it checked out, so scary! One thing off my plate woo-hoo!
