Clothing brands

My daughter is the walking advert for Carters/Oshkosh. I order everything from them. I really would like find another couple brands to buy from for a little variety. Can anyone recommend a decent quality brand?

Re: Clothing brands

  • We also buy a lot of Carters/Oshkosh, mostly because I like the fit (and the clothes are cute :) ). I also like to buy from Old Navy, Jumping Bean (Kohl's), and Children's Place. I'm always admiring H&M clothes but have yet to buy anything so I cant speak for their fit or quality.
  • The children's place and I also love joe fresh clothes but we don't have anywhere in town that sells it, so she mostly wears the children's place clothes.

  • I also love Carter's and it makes up most of DD's wardrobe.  We also shop at Old Navy, Children's Place, and Joe Fresh and Baby Gap are my favourites! Expensive, but they often have sales where everything is 40% off so I watch for those.

  • All of DDs clothes so far have been hand me downs. Lol. MIL has saved everything from her three year old daughter and sends us a big box every couple of months or so so we haven't really needed to buy anything. Some times I see cute things and splurge but those are normally carter things. Lol

Sorry no advice, just stating my input. Lol. Carry on.
  • Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I bought DDs winter wardrobe in an 18 months and she's already looking like a sausage in the tops. Pants and sweaters are still good though thank goodness. She's growing way to fast :(. I need to check the second hand shops here too for cheap play clothes. She's already ruined a few pants/tops while playing outside at daycare. I've learned quickly, no good clothes n white clothes go to daycare from now on.
  • Mostly Gymboree and Carter's. I only buy Gymboree on sale, and buy a couple sizes ahead when I can. We have always been big fans of Carter's since she was tiny because we like the fit. I have a few outfits from baby Gap, but only what I've found at the outlet mall. Crazy 8 is ok, but their stuff fades/wears out fast.

I'm weird in that I only buy complete outfits. For ex: if I see a top on sale at Gymboree, I won't get it if I can't find matching pants. I fold her tops and matching bottoms together in her drawer so it's easy to get her dressed in the morning. It's a life saver.

  • We do mostly Old Navy and Gymboree. Although I've been doing a little more at Crazy 8 as well.

  • I get a lot from RUUM they have a lot of sales, but I don't if they're going out of business.  They are closing their stores and I've been getting a ton of emails about their sales on their website
  • In addition to Carters we love Tea collection. The quality is really good and that's come in handy now that he is at a more active age and growing slower.

  • @HoolyGo‌ I just checked out Tea Collection. Omg so adorable! I love the colors and that it's not all pink/purple and princesssy. It's a little pricy though so definitely a special outfit kind shop. Thanks for the info.
  • Love tea collection for girls and OshKosh for boys.  You can find tea collection stuff on sale on their website but you can also find it at Nordstrom Rack on occasion.  just FYI :)

  • I love the Pekkle brand sleepers from Costco. I'm not sure what the rest of their clothes are like.
