2:18 EST in triage being monitored to see if they will admit me or not. Still only 2cm like at my appt. I am 50% effaced though, wasn't at my appt and he is -2 station (was at -3 at my appt).

Hate being strapped in and stuck in bed, hoping to get up and moving again here soon.

2:43 EST Woot woot! Get to hang out here in L&D to labor away. Finally got off the monitors and get to walk/sit on my birthing ball. They don't plan on checking me again for another 3 hours.

Holy crap! As I was trying to type this update I was up and moving around and my contractions were one on top of the other and I'm shaking like crazy!

I may be calling the nurse in before my 3 hour wait. This ctx are literally lasting for a min, I get a minute break and another one hits. They are crazy strong and take lots of concentration to get through.

Just got put back on the monitors and had another check. Now at 3cm. Yay for progress in one hour!

Back off the monitors. Contractions are super strong. I'm ready for a nap! Gonna ride out a few more contractions then call the nurse to admit me so I can get some pain management up in here! I know from my last two that once I get pain meds and stop tensing up during contractions things move along quickly.

Water is broken!!! It's my drs bday and she came in to do my delivery even though it's not her day to be here. Said if all goes well Brantley will be here by lunch.

Epidural is in place and pit is started! Had a scary moment after epidural was in place. My blood pressure dropped super low real quick and I passed out. Brantley didn't tolerate it to well. All is good though and we are both stabilized again.

Thanks for all the well wishes, means the world to me knowing that I have such an awesome group of women rooting for me!

No pics yet cause he is on the boob but Brantley Wyatt is here.

Once I was back laying in bed I went from 5-10 in one contraction. Had to hold my body back from pushing because my dr was not here yet.

So at 10:01 EST our lil man graced the world after one push. He is 7lbs even and 21" long. Once he is done nursing I'll get some pics up.
