At first I thought my 3 month old had acne but it seems to be getting worse- anyone dealt with something that looks like this before?

I've got nothing then.  DS has gotten red like that, but it's on more than just his face and usually his eczema acting up.  I'd call the doctor (if you haven't already).

I would call the Pedi and make an appt, but it *could* be a milk allergy.

Could be a yeast infection also

My vote is also for an allergic reaction of some type. Def not baby acne, make an appt with Peds for sure
