Hello Ladies! My name is Jamie and I'm 28. I live with my wife, Melanie, in Tampa, FL. She's 30. I'm new to The Bump, I was a member of The Knot during while planning my wedding 2 years ago. My wife and I got married on July 8, 2012 in while we were living in Connecticut. In August of 2013 I was relocated to Tampa with work. We have been trying to get pregnant since October of last year. After many tests, we learned my tubes were blocked, I had surgery to repair them in January and much to the doctors surprise, they weren't blocked! She said they all cheered in the OR. Having PCOS and being a lesbian I knew that getting pregnant wasn't going to be easy but I never thought we should struggle with infertility. The past year has been extremely difficult, we've had 3 unsuccessful IUIs and a few cycles where we couldn't try because my follicles weren't big enough. On December 3rd we had our 4th IUI with a new donar. This morning, day 13, we found out that I'm pregnant! Finally! We're both over the moon! I'm looking forward to meeting all of you and being a part of this community!

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2
