DH feeds the kids before I get home most nights. I make a bunch of stuff over the weekend for him to choose from, or just does breakfast for dinner or something simple. The plan is really for Dh and me.
Sunday - chicken quesadillas Monday - soup and garlic bread (chicken noodle soup for DH, veggie soup for me) Tuesday - probably soup again Wednesday - some kind of chicken, perhaps homemade chicken tenders over a salad. Thurs - DH is out, I'll fend for myself. Probably cheese and crackers. Fri - pizza and salad Sat - hopefully friends coming for dinner, so likely roast tenderloin and risotto.
Saturday- roasted salmon, roasted broccoli and rice Sunday- spiral brown sugar ham, baked potato, rolls and green bean/tomato salad Monday- scalloped potatoes and ham and leftover green bean/tomato salad Tuesday- vegi chili Wednesday- egg and ham mini quiches and a salad Thursday- not sure, maybe leftovers. DD1 has her holiday concert that night Friday- frozen pizza
