Instead of knocking out my 100-125 calf raises while heating up my oatmeal this morning, I did them slowly, one per second for 100 seconds.  And I seriously feel the burn way more!

I posted before about my "fat" pants fitting better again, well today I am wearing pants I bought a couple months ago and they are falling off. And my wife told me I am tiny. Planks FTW! (I'm sure the walking and lugging around a 15 lb weight have helped too). Thanks for the motivation to get moving y'all.

I haven't done day 10 yet...after work.

Seriously.  My arms just gave out at the 30 push up mark last time and I'm afraid it's going to happen again.  #24 was reaaaaally hard this morning and DS got down on the ground and demonstrated to me just exactly the noise I made when I did it.  LOL.

Stoney -- do you take a break?  I split it up and do 15, rest for a minute, then do the rest.  Last time I had to stop at 10, so I'm getting better!

I don't take a break, but I think I would need more than a minute for it to help, haha.

Oh good lawd woman.  No wonder your arms give out.  Seriously, give yourself a one minute break, you'll be surprised how much it helps.  Please report back.
