Looking for nanny or nanny share arrangement

Hello! My husband and I are work from home parents and are looking for a nanny for our 3.5 month old daughter. We would love to be a part of a nanny share arrangement with one other baby (either at our house in EGR or other family's). This would be a full-time position (M-F 8 to 5). Anyone have any suggestions on where we might find a nanny share? Care.com has so many college students looking for extra income but I am not sure the capacity is right for our situation.
