1:Tell me about your first car.
It was 11 years old when I got it, it was a 1984 Plymouth Reliant. It was a scary death trap on wheels.

2:Do you drink coffee or tea?
Prefer coffee, but drink green teas (except when stimming/PUPO) because I feel like it's healthier

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be?
To be able to heal anything.

4:If you got stranded on a desert island for one month, what 5 things would you take with you (besides the clothing on your back)?
IPad, charger, my mattress, toothbrush and toothpaste

5:What was the last book you read?
A Thousand Splendid Suns

6:Do you prefer cats or dogs?
Cats

7:What is your favorite season?
Summer, living in NH it's so short

8:Do you speak any other languages?
Some sign language
Spanish insults, swears and restaurant requests (16 years of waitressing around spanish speaking cooks)

9:What is the best thing that happened to you during the past week?
We didn't lose power in this last storm

Hitch hiked. While living in Hawaii I had to save up $ to buy a car, but I had to get to work somehow and it was too far to walk. Only did it in the day when I couldn't find someone to ride in with. I shutter when I think about what could have happened. I hope my parents and future children never find out!

1:Tell me about your first car. It was some crappy 1980s tan Buick. The Windows, radio, tape deck, glove compartment, and ac were non functional but it ran!

2:Do you drink coffee or tea? No coffee but I like some tea. Chai is heavenly.

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be? Mind control.

4:If you got stranded on a desert island for one month, what 5 things would you take with you (besides the clothing on your back)? Tylenol, food, water, matches, bible

5:What was the last book you read? The Good Daughter by Joyce Maynard

6:Do you prefer cats or dogs? Neither really...not really an animal person.

7:What is your favorite season? I like each season when it's brand new and then I get bored and ready for the next one.

8:Do you speak any other languages? A little Spanish

9:What is the best thing that happened to you during the past week? Spending all the extra time with family and my two little boys this past weekend

10:My (future) kids would freak if they someday found out I.....always said I'd never get married and have kids!

1.Tell me about your first car.

Ugly as sin Nissan Sentra... but it worked!  edit to add the model year? dang I don't know let's say early 80's..

2:Do you drink coffee or tea? I'm a coffee lover! My favorite is dark roast with 2/3 teaspoons of raw sugar and real cream.  But, I'm easy and I'll take it anyway I can get it.  I was a little scared about my intake while ttc my last so I did cut out a bit, but still consumed 3 cups a day. (not certain but I believe on the high side of recommended) I had a wonderful pregnancy and just don't think too much about it anymore.    I'm unwilling to try to cut back again at this point

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be? To fly without a doubt

4:If you got stranded on a desert island for one month, what 5 things would you take with you (besides the clothing on your back)? I'm gonna say a Kindle so limitless books, then it gets tough as I'd want my boys and dh... hmm

5:What was the last book you read?  A beautifully tragic book Flight of the Sparrow, about a young woman captured by Native Americans in the 1640's... based on a true story

6:Do you prefer cats or dogs?  Dogs!

7:What is your favorite season? Fall

8:Do you speak any other languages? no, when I try to count / say alphabet / speak I mix French and Spanish... it's really bad with a Southern accent!

9:What is the best thing that happened to you during the past week?  I got lots of snuggle time with my baby.  It is so tough being a working mom and being away all day; I was a sah with my older boys and I miss him so much I'd love to be home again

10:My (future) kids would freak if they someday found out I..... probably not, I am very open about things with my boys

1:Tell me about your first car.
Pontiac Sunfire. I had such a love/hate relationship with that car. The thing I remember most is that I couldn't afford tires so I would go to the tire man and buy used ones for 10 dollars. Those things ever lasted more than 3 weeks but I was too dumb to understand that I was spending more on used ones than I would brand new. 

2:Do you drink coffee or tea?
Coffee but I limit myself and usually only drink one cup a day at work around 2:30. Some weekends I treat myself to an iced coffee. Mmmmmm

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be?
Read people's minds. I think I could have a pretty good advantage over people if I could do that. 

4:If you got stranded on a desert island for one month, what 5 things would you take with you (besides the clothing on your back)?

MH, my dog (I would say cat but he would run away lol), my Nexus 7 for all my books, a knife, a fire starter. 

5:What was the last book you read? 

The 3rd book in the Joe Dillard series by Scott Platt, Injustice for All 

6:Do you prefer cats or dogs?

I can't possible choose, I love them both so very much,

Fall, even if we don't get much here in Fl

Impromptu trip SO and I took to Biloxi and New Orleans.   Best trip ever.

I actually leased my first car after college: a brand new Honda Civic - manual transmission which I hadn't yet learned to drive

Both - usually a cup of coffee in the morning and then various tea's in fall/winter in the afternoon/evening time. summer will usually get a couple of sun/ice tea

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be?

Oops  - missed this one on first go around. I guess teleport? Maybe mind reading if I could turn it off.

DH, nook (with battery pack), firestarter, knife, sunscreen

Broken Soul (Jane Yellowrock Series) by Faith Hunter. I read a TON of books and I'm on a fantasy / magic kick right now. 

6:Do you prefer cats or dogs?
Both - we have cats right now because they are easy and we don't have a good backyard for a dog. Once we move I start my dog campaign!!! For now I get to play with puppies every weekend when I volunteer at the humane society

7:What is your favorite season?
Probably early fall - days are still warm, but you get the cooler nights and the changing colors. Not cold enough for heavy jackets yet but you don't have to have the air conditioning on.

8:Do you speak any other languages?
French and Japanese - although both are pretty rusty at this point

9:What is the best thing that happened to you during the past week?
Went to Texas and it was nice and warm

not much - maybe that I was a cheerleader in high school? it really doesn't fit my personality these days. but otherwise i don't think i would hide anything from any children we might be lucky to have so i don't think they would freak out about any of the "crazy" stuff in my past?

1:Tell me about your first car.  First I drove my mom’s car.  But MY first car was a Nissan Stanza. (@kelley72 Stripped new Sentra was the other option but this one was used so I got an “upgrade” with power everything and cruise control) I loved that thing.  Drove it into the ground, gave it to my sister who drove it further into the ground, and then my brother got it and I think he pretty much destroyed it at like 300K miles or something.   OF course as the years go on the number miles in the story get bigger so maybe it’s 500K by now. LOL

2:Do you drink coffee or tea? Primarily Coffee in the morning but I agree with @mysallygirl “Chai is heavenly” and drink that from the Keurig at home and on the off chance I go to Starbucks.

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be? Granting wishes… and of course my first act would be to grant all of yours. J  

4:If you got stranded on a desert island for one month, what 5 things would you take with you (besides the clothing on your back)? DH, Tools (so DH could do projects when I needed Me time), My Kindle (with a magic power source so that I didn’t have to recharge), Comfortable Bedding, and big umbrella

5:What was the last book you read? Something by Karen White for pleasure, but probably a textbook was the last thing I actually read.

6:Do you prefer cats or dogs? Dogs, I’m allergic to cats.

7:What is your favorite season? Summer- even when it’s crazy hot.

8:Do you speak any other languages? A little Spanish from high school… and pig Latin.

9:What is the best thing that happened to you during the past week? Watching movies in the home theater with DH.  We needed downtime and got it- just chat and enjoy each other time after the movie too.

10:My (future) kids would freak if they someday found out I.....haha, this is the internet and even with an ambiguous screen name I’m not posting that. Let’s just say I wasn’t the angel in highschool everyone thought I was.  J

1: 198something Ford LTD - the small version.  It leaked oil so bad that when I went through a drive thru the person at the window would tell me my car was smoking from under the hood.  It also only had an am radio and the drivers side mirror.  Apparently the first owner didn't want to spend a ton of money on "extras".

2:  Coffee - black.

3:  Fire starting. I would love to be able to shoot flames from my hands.

4:  DH, water, paper, pens, good book

5: I don't remember the title but it was a sci fi fantasy thing. 

6:  Dogs

7:  Fall

8:  Enough Spanish to make me dangerous

9:  My mom watched our kids for a couple hours so we could go out.  Our 15th anniversary was on Thanksgiving Day.

10:  Not sure that I want to go there.

1:Tell me about your first car.
Red TransAm. Was great to drive the first year then I got pregnant and was almost impossible to get in and out of because it sits so close to the ground. Then after I had her the car seat wouldn't fit in the rear bucket seats so she rode shot gun. I cringe thinking back doing that but it was before airbags so it wasn't against the rules yet.

2:Do you drink coffee or tea?
Coffee. I stick to decaf now but will splurge in reg once in a while.

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be?
I want to say fly but I'm petrified of heights so I don't think I could do it. So my second choice would be healing.

4:If you got stranded on a desert island for one month, what 5 things would you take with you (besides the clothing on your back)?
1. My ereader with all 2000 books on it. 2. A solar powered charger for said ereader. 3. Water. 4. Food. Matches.
It would be a nice vacation with no hubby or kids.

I just finished Outlander. Loved it. Can't wait to read the rest if the series.

6:Do you prefer cats or dogs?
Dogs.

Fall.

Can understand Spanish and used to speak french. Could probably get by if I had to.

The girl I made the police themed baby shower cake for gave me a thank you note with a $75 giftcard to the supermarket.

A 1986 ford escort EXP with an oil leak.  I had to put a quart of oil in it every other time that I got gas.

Food/drink, DH and DD, part-time babysitter for DD (would need to acquire babysitter), well-stocked e-reader (would need to acquire e-reader), comfortable bedding.  Yes, I'm envisioning this as a vacation.

Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets.  I'm exhausted and not feeling like challenging myself.

Ummm, I think it was a Mercury. A little white 4 door thing my parents gave me.

hmmmmm thats really a hard one. Healing would be top of the list. People and animals would benefit

Toothbrush and razor for sure! A tent for shelter so I would be comfortable. snorkle mask and swim fins.......if I'm on an island i would spend my days in the water......I think i was a fish in my past life.

Not the best week for that question. However as much of an ass as my H has been in one of my weaker moments when i was crying and asking my H what if I can't have babies anymore he said "Im ok with that, you are enough for me" Honestly its not what i want to hear but it was the best thing he could have possibly said. He lies though....i KNOW he wants to be a dad.

It was a 98 Toyota Corolla. My parents bought it after I graduated from high school, my brother drove it more than I ever did since it was in Hawaii and I was on the mainland for college. It eventually got shipped up to me, and we drove it around until it died and refused to start two years ago.

hrmmm, I think this one is obvious by my name...

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be?
teleportation (with others being towed along). I would love to be able to just beam myself home whenever I wanted to.

Ummm I crashed it (ha ha) it was red and a stick shift. Ive had a stick ever since but since my husband cant drive one I think my next car will be an automatic.

I used to drink coffee but gave it up. I still miss it but not the coffee breath or headaches. And my husband does not drink coffee so it sucked being the only one with stinky breath

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be?

The ability to eat as much as I want without getting fat

1:Tell me about your first car.
It was a Neon...brand new I think it cost $6k, ha. It went to college with me, including two drives cross country. It was so goofy looking but I loved it.

2:Do you drink coffee or tea?
Both. Coffee every morning and tea (mostly decaf) rest of the day. Love green tea lattes from Starbucks, and chai.

3:If you could have any super power, what would it be? Ability to clean and organize...ok, might not be a super power but given my complete inability to do so, it seems like one to me!

4:If you got stranded on a desert island for one month, what 5 things would you take with you (besides the clothing on your back)? DH, fire starter, my dogs (I'm counting them as one item), pen and paper, food (I hope my island has fresh water, ha!)

5:What was the last book you read? Sadly, it's been so long I can't remember and I love to read! I just have gotten out of the habit. I think it was glass castles.

6:Do you prefer cats or dogs? Dogs, by far (don't tell my cat)

7:What is your favorite season? Summer...or Fall...or spring. But definitely not winter!

8:Do you speak any other languages? Spanish, at one point pretty well, now pretty spotty.

9:What is the best thing that happened to you during the past week? I had a little success at work. For the past year work has been a series of frustrations and disappointments, one little "win" goes a long way.

I drove my mom's hand-me-down 1989 Ford Taurus until I totaled it.

Both.  I love lattes, but I can also drink coffee black, and I like green tea, Lady Grey, and chai.

Husband, a library, building materials, cookware, and chickens

I honestly cannot remember.  I used to love reading, but I haven't really been into it lately.

I think both have their pros and cons.  We have a golden retriever who is the love of my life, though.
