gaining weight fast

Hi, everybody! I've just had my first doctor's appointment and seen the little one I forgot to ask her why I'm gaining weight so fast. At least two kg and I'm only 6 weeks. The servings are the same and I've always had more or les the same weight. Any ideas? advice? Anybody going/went through something similar? Thanks in avance!

Drink lots of water, it will help with the bloating.
