When Can I relax after positive IUI?

i will be three weeks tomorrow. HCG levels are good but I'm honestly losing my mind. I'm really trying to relax but it is hard. When can a take a breath and feel like this is going to a viable pregnancy. After only one IUI it seems too good to be true.

I was confused by what you were trying to tell us. Are you three weeks pregnant after your first iui?
I always fell pregnant with my first iui, I was completely shocked it worked first time.
