I had an U/S today to check my follicles and my RE said I had 2 good sized ones. I didn't get the actual measurements until this afternoon. The biggest 2 were only 10mm and 14mm....this is not much difference from prior months before starting gonal-f. He has me doing 2 more days of gonal, ovidrel on Thurs and IUI Saturday. I feel like my follies are too small still and the IUI will be a waste

I'm sorry you're feeling anxious. I'm definitely not an expert, but I can see why you're concerned about the 10 maturing in time. Have you asked your RE about his rationale for triggering so soon?

I haven't asked yet - I didn't get the measurements until right before they closed for the day. I'm not sure how much follies typically grow in a couple days....maybe enough that at least the 14mm one would be 20+ by Thurs night when I do my trigger? Time to google! Lol

I would trust the RE, from what I understand your measurements sound good.  I wish you success!

I don't know anything about what size folies should be but I just wanted to offer a virtual hug and encouragement.

Thanks everyone - it's so nice to be able to talk to others who are going through similar situations.  It really sucked not having anyone to talk to before that would understand:-)
