ah!!! It's a curse to try to name a baby when you're a teacher. The names I like have either been problem students or overused. We have our girl names pretty clearly but the boy names are leaving me at a loss. Here are some I like but probably won't use given the above reasons. Can anyone suggest similar names that are a little different or at least in the same flavor?
Henry
Graham (Sentimental family name but no good with our last name)
Levi
Caleb
Eli
Elijah
Jack
Jayden
Also, our girl names have neat meanings. I'd love to find a boy name with a special meaning to us but no luck so far!
Re: Help- boy names I like are all very popular right now!
Oliver is a nice one. And also the name of my first dog. sigh...
Girl names short list:
Ellie (Perhaps Elena FN)
Sadie
I also really love the name August- DH and I started dating in August and we conceived via IVF in August so it's chock full of meaning. I'm just wondering if I'm brave enough to do it.

Hayden (love this for a boy)
