Last night T and I were watching a movie and I started getting period like cramps and my back was killing me. I put a heating pad on my back, but I had to get up and move around to relieve the pain. It seriously felt like when I was in labor with Harper. I let them go on for about 45 mins and tried to start timing them. Some were really short like only 20 secs and the longest one was 1:20. I kept having them every 10 mins or so for about 2 hours. I laid down to sleep and remember having a really painful one bc I grabbed T's arm and just breathed through it. This morning I feel soreness in my back but that's it. What's going on???

Thanks. Are they real contractions though? It didn't feel like BH.

A couple weeks ago he was but last week she said she felt his back and he was turned the right way

T just told me he's going to be oot for work on the 24th. Que the anxiety

I'd been getting a ton of stuff like that, it was super frustrating. It was actually slowly progressing me though, it just didn't set me into active labor at all,it dilated me enough that I got PROM. I found prenatal yoga to help a LOT (especially cat/cow, down dog (or puppy dog) and child's pose).

Lol I was doing some crazy poses last night just to relieve the pain and T is like "what are you doing? " it was kind of funny
