This. Go by that first ultrasound date. I know when I ovulated and that first ultrasound confirmed it. At every measurment since then (starting in the 2nd tri), baby boy has been measuring 3-4 weeks ahead. I know the dates are right, he's just a big baby. Babies grow at different rates on the inside just like they do on the outside.
