Dry skin

DD has dry skin on her chin and cheeks. Stm+ would you suggest keeping lotion on her or something like aquaphor?

I should add that we are in michigan so its cold and dry

FTM here, but we're also in cold weather (MN). I've been using aquaphor in the drool region, as needed, and regular lotion once a day all over post-bath.

We use coconut oil. DS gets lubed up like a Christmas ham several times a day. his skin is protected, and he smells delicious!

Lol, @andoll8. I'm using coconut oil too for LO after bath and I think of a greased pig everytime.

Thank you ladies! I got some aquaphor for her chin and ive been layering her up everywhere else with some lotion we got from the hospital when she was born.

We use LuSa chin and cheek balm. It's magical.

I was told to make sure the coconut oil is unrefined and cold-pressed.  Not sure why though...  I found it with the rest of the cooking oils in the grocery section of Wal-Mart.
