Baby Tights?

I can't seem to find baby girl tights anywhere! DD is in 3-6 month and the smallest sizes I find are huge on her... I really want some ruffle-butt tights for the holidays, but they don't seem to exist? Any ideas?

    I bought tights at Kohls recently. Based on her height I had to get 12-24 month size and they are long so they do bunch up. The smaller size was 3-12 months I think. Not sure if they have ruffled bottom ones. I did see ruffled ones online at baby gap.

    Carter's and BabyGap have them. I haven't been in either of the stores, but I remember seeing them online at those two websites!
