    I've read this article before and yes, it is a great website.
    I went through all of those states except I wasn't angry. I asked myself all if those questions in the angry section, but never actually felt really angry. I just felt upset and depressed. It's different for everyone, but that article us really on point.

    I totally went through #3 as well. One of the reasons it took me so long to get the treatment I really needed.
