Any of you ladies use doTERRA oils during pregnancy? I am new to the whole oil thing but am very interested. Wasn't sure if you had any ideas for morning/ ALL DAY sickness? My nausea has been so bad I am eating almost nothing. TIA
I don't use EO during pregnancy. I found this from Fit Pregnancy which lists which ones are ok (according to their research) after the first trimester.
I use EO...there are definitely some that help with the nausea. I use inside-out by butterflly express. My SIL gave it to me when I was pregnant with my last so I will be carrying it around again to use once morning sickness sets in!
FYI... Peppermint oil is also classified with Lavender and Tea Tree in terms of estrogen promotion. May want to just sniff and not use it on your body while in the first tri.

We use doterra oils. For the first two, sniffing ginger oil worked. This time around the nausea is even worse and ginger isn't working but peppermint is.
I use EOs too and am nervous to jeep usibg them during my pregnancy. Im a "consumer" of EOs, meaning I drink them in a shot glass of water. I have crazt nasal cobgestion year round, so giving up my lavender, lemon and peppermint (2 drops each) in a shot glass of water each morning has been....well...shitty. I want to be able to breath and stay healthy for my pregnancy. So, I went ahead and took it yesterday and today under the advise of my oil upline consultant.
