Fluid build up behind c-section scar/ C-Section scar defect

Hello... Since my last baby was born I've had painful & heavy periods & spotting in between. I recently had an ultrasound & was told I had a c-section scar defect. Apparently I have fluid accumulating behind my scar. I've had 3 c-sections, one bring 10 years ago, second was almost 3 years ago and third was 17 months ago. I have constant tenderness in my abdomen where I'm ussuming the fluid may be. I've been researching c-section scar defects but I guess there's not much knowledge about it because I can't find much on it. Anyone familiar with this??????
