12w us tomorrow and freaking out

Hello all,
We have our 12w appt tomorrow. I'm currently 12w5d. We have never made it this far before and I did hear the hb at 8w. But, I'm super paranoid about a bad scan tomorrow. PGAL brain has it's hooks in me and it sucks! I was planning on announcing tomorrow after our appt. if things go well. I guess I'm asking for T&Ps. Thanks.

    PGAL brain sucks. Have some ice cream or your favorite treat tonight, and get some rest. :)  Fingers crossed for an awesome scan!
    Our Novel of TTC:

    *Male Factor (low count and low motility), High Prolactin, and Polycystic Ovaries (March 2013)
    *Recurrent Miscarriage testing also revealed high anti-phospholipids & single MTHFR mutation. (Feb 2014) 

    *IVF (07/2013): BFP-Natural Miscarriage @ 5 weeks* <3 Madison Riley <3
    *FET #1 (10/2013): BFN
    *FET #2 (12/2013)- BFP-Missed Miscarriage at 8 weeks <3 Kyle Andrew <3
    *Chromosomes and Karotyping tests were both normal.We lost a healthy baby boy :(
    *FET #3 (04/2014) was cancelled after finding Chronic Endometritis
    *Miraculous BFP July 2014!! (I was taking baby aspirin and Cabergoline to stay regulated while "taking a break from TTC" and waiting to consult with a reproductive immunologist!!!) 

    Our healthy baby girl was born 03/10/15 thanks to daily Lovenox injections and baby aspirin. There are no words for how grateful I am for our rainbow baby. <3

    8w u/s 5-22-14 Baby measuring 6w1d. Heartbeat detected
    Went to Dr. 5-30-14 due to bleeding. Prescribed progesterone
    Went to ER 6-1-14 2:30 AM - diagnosed with incomplete m/c
    6-6-14 natural m/c completed
    10-24-14 BFP #2 EDD 7-6-15 **Please** be our Rainbow

    This was me last night and all was well this morning. I have no advice because i know when that PGAL brain creeps in there its hard to make it go away. FX everything is going well. Try to get some sleep tonight! Keep us posted

    Thank you all! We had a fantastic us! Baby was wiggling around so much we couldn't get great pictures and the hb was strong and loud! Thank you for the T&Ps they paid off!
