The SAHM board? I never read it but the drama was mentioned on my working moms board so I went in and lurked. NO idea what happened but there are some crazy people on there...including one who is on my WM board so not sure why shes getting all heated over there?!?!

I remember trying to be on it right after DS was born...I lasted about three days. I have enough drama and judgement to deal with being a coach.  ;-)

Its all so bizarre to me. Was this all started over wanting a new mod? Does it really matter??? There are some vicious words being thrown around and one of the regulars on my WM board has now been banned....

  omg i think i found the thread back from Oct 8th. I dont know anyone on that board because I have never been over there, but actually the one girl being attacked by all the others, I tend to agree with?! Maybe in the past she is nasty or judgy or whatever..but in this particular thread, some of those girls were very unnecessarily rude.

its dumb. the post on oct 8th was clearly started by someone they dont like. she basically said something like "we have this one friend that gives her kid fruit snacks, he always shares with my kid and now my kid asks for them at home and i dont want to buy them." All the girls on the board attacked her for being judgy and some other dumb things I cant even think of..mind you its like a 10 page post and i stopped after page 2 so im missing alot. Then there was something asked of the MOD, the MOD was MIA, so they asked bumpjackie for a new MOD, the orig MOD got mad and started PMing everyone so bumpjackie originally said yes to a new mod, then took that back and everyone got mad. there were nasty statements being thrown around, calling people bigots, etc. Then all these people got kicked off the bump HA.

The funniest part to me is one of the girls that got kicked off is very active and very opinionated on my WM board. You are not a SAHM, not that it matters, but in my opinion, stay out of the discussion! And then someone else on my WM board came over and announced her exit from the bump because of it...but um again..you are not a SAHM. ha.

And thats that!

Yes, thanks you two. I have opinions and follow-up questions but I'll keep them to myself. ;-)

Hope DC doesn't have to be involved in all that as a mod...sounds draining.

The last time I read that board was a looong time ago and I remember thinking people had WAY too much time on their hands.
