What are these pains?!

Have you guys experienced this? So I just got the strangest jabbing, pain in my upper abdomin area. Like under my boobs. And it kinda ran down my right side. It came and went for like 10 minutes. Super scary. I read it could be RL but I'm only 8w...almost 9w. Isn't it too esrly for that? What else could it be?
Me: 26 (IC/PCOS-2000mg of Metformin daily)

June 2014- HSG=clear

DH: 27 (SA results were great minus the slightly low morphology)
Started dating DH in 2002 at 14 years old
Married on 03.01.2014
Officially TTC since April 2014 
January 2013- Surprise BFP, m/c at 6 weeks, D&C 2 Weeks later
April 2014- First RE appointment
July 2014- IUI#1-Canx due to scar tissue and polyps. TI with the help of Ovidrel. BFN

August 2014- Hysteroscopy to remove scar tissue and polyp

September 2014- IUI #1.1-100mg Clomid, Ovideral, 11.5 million swimmers=BFP

EDD-6/3/15- Our sweet baby Ryan was born on 1/6/15 and is in the arms of an Angel

Dx with IC on 1/6/15

    RL is at the bottom. Gallbladder?

    TTC for 1.5 years with a crappy RE. 12 cycles with clomid (11 too many)
    New RE, 3 failed IUI's moving to IVF with ICSI

    Yup, RLP is low in your abdomen.

    Could be gas, gallbladder, muscle cramp....?

    Many IUI's with various meds all BFFN
    IVF #1 11/11 canceled due to OHSS
    IVF #2 Feb/March 2012 ET of 2 on day 3 4/7 BFP! 5/1 u/s blighted ovum
    IVF #3 July 2012 ET of 3 on day 3 7/24 BFP!
    Healthy baby girl born at 36w4d on 3/9/13

    I vote constipation and gas. That's when and how it hit me!

    Lots of water, maybe some Colace if you go a few days without pooping. I also had to give up sparkling water as it caused the most gas discomfort!

    I'd say gas?


    Me 33, DH 37 -- TTC since Jan'12 -- Low AMH (0.78) & endo, SA w/ low motility
    IUI's 1-3 = BFN, IVF converted to IUI 4/13 = BFN
    IVF 1.2: 8R 6M 4F -- 2 blastocysts frozen, FET 8/15 = BFP!!
    Beta #s = 445;1,098; 9,545  -- EDD 5/2 -- Team Pink!
    Camila Josephine arrived 4/30 :)

    Yes, I had this sometime around the point you mentioned. The weeks sort of run together in my mind, but I know I have.

    If very well could be gas and constipation. I haven't dropped the kids off at the pool in like 2 days. Which isn't normal for me. Super weird. The pains haven't returned since I used a little heating pad on my upper side/rib cage area but this am I'll try to go to the bano. Thanks :)
