Looking to Welcome a New Family Into Our Nanny Share (Rockville/North Bethesda)

We are looking for a nanny share buddy for our 15-month old. His current buddy has been accepted to a preschool program and will be leaving the share shortly. 

Our nanny has been with us since our son was twelve weeks old and is amazing. She is full of energy, so vested in the children, has been reading to them since the start, helps them color and is teaching them words. She came with excellent references, and was with her previous family for over three years until both children were in school. We have not had her drive the children to-date, but she does drive and has a reliable form of transportation to get to work.
