depression meds while pregnant?

Have any of you taken depression meds while pregnant? Pros? Cons? Any particular one you would recommend? I'm really nervous for any negative effect on the baby. I'm 16 weeks.

I took Zoloft while pregnant with DD. I took Zoloft for most of my pregnancy with DS, but had to stop taking it for reasons non-related to the medication or pregnancy.

I then took 5-htp (natural supplement) to manage my anxiety and depression for the rest of my pregnancy.

Hope you get things figured out. Depression and anxiety are the worst. Ever.

I took Zoloft while pregnant with and nursing with both of my children. They are both healthy and suffer no adverse effects that we know of. The benefits to me outweighed any potential risks to my babies. (They're 5.5 and 3.5 years old.)
