AW: 35/35 !!!!! Update on me

Good morning ladies and happy Friday (it's my Monday, boooo!)

I'm 35wks with 35days left to go :D
OMG I can't even believe it!!!! This past week has been kicking my ass though. Cankles/Foot swelling has started, my BP has started to creep up (nothing high just higher than what it has been) so I'm on to weekly appts. I've also developed the pregnancy carpal tunnel -- this is by far the worst thing I have to complain about! GAH numb/tingly/sore hands are AWFUL. And thankfully my GD has been going great.

My shower was this past Sunday and it was pretty amazing. Sometimes there are perks to having large families!

All I have left that I need are some footed onesies, side snap tee-shirts, 2 mattress protectors, 2 changing pad covers and breastfeeding supplies. Not too shabby if I must say so myself!

I am in the process of getting the nursery organized, putting a diaper bag together and making my hospital bag.

Attached is a photo of a hand crocheted bear cocoon that I got at my shower. I can't get over how precious it is!


ETA: another pic, dhs gma is going to make doubled sided or reversible curtains with the abc & chevron fabric.

ALSO, WE DECIDED ON A NAME!!!

    I'm sorry about the carpel tunnel but glad you are feeling pretty good otherwise.

    I have to say again how cute the little bear cocoon is :) also, I love his name. Classic.

    Congrats on 35/35!!! I love his name! I had carpal tunnel pretty bad with my son and I'm already beginning to get it this pregnancy :( Just something to consider for after your son is born, it took a while for my carpal tunnel to go away and I had a really hard time with snaps on his clothing during this time.  For the life of me, I couldn't snap up pjs -- especially in the middle of the night!

    Woah!!! 35/35 already?!

    Sorry about the carpal tunnel, but yay for everything else awesome in your update!! Also, I love the name and the curtains. They are perfect!! Hopefully the next month flies by for you and little man is here before you know it.

    How exciting. LOVE his name!!! Such a strong classic name. I'm sure you already know this, but make sure to stock up on tons of extra tubing and bottles and pump parts at the hospital. I asked every nurse that came into my room for a new bag! For the crib, The Ultimate Crib Sheet is a lifesaver.
