Hey Mama's! Sorry if this has already been posted, but a friend of mine just sent it to me and its hilarious!!

Its titled "An exhausted new moms take on 'expert' sleep advice"  I was crying reading this! We can all relate to the absurd contradictions of sleeping advice. So funny, please read for a good laugh :)
