I work in a grocery store and deal with alot of questions about diet. Do you have anything you try to steer clear of?

Processed foods - there's really nothing healthy about them. I try to avoid them as much as possible and eat natural foods. Once in a while I need potato chips though ;)

No real special diet, but I avoid wheat.  Not all gluten, just wheat.

I clicked paleo for a few reasons.  I have celiac, so no gluten.  I'm soy intolerant, so no soy.  I can eat cheese, but I can't have ice cream or milk.  And I don't do well with heavily processed foods.
So, basically, other than the beans, I eat paleo!
We met in middle school. We got married 15 years later in a February blizzard of 2010.

Most of the time we try to eat pretty healthy fruits veggies etc. My husbands family owns a farm with cows and they hunt once a year for elk and my grandpa has chickens and pigs so we know where all of our meat comes from. But some days it's easier to order pizza ;)

We are a mostly organic/natural household. I try and steal away from processed foods, but when DH goes to the grocery store with me that can be a struggle. I personally have a dairy intolerance and a love for cheese. That of course doesn't mix well.

I don't do gluten, and since going gluten free milk makes me sick too. I do ok with some types of dairy though...weird.

I am horrible with my diet and there isn't much I steer clear of but I do try to watch what I eat. I just have way too many "cheat" meals. I am sure that will change once I see my RE for the first time :-/
I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.
