I'm a vegetarian but my SO is not. @bibliothecary did your OB/GYN tell you this?
There's a couple of studies that found that a low carbohydrate, high protein (from animals) diet can improve egg quality. I'm giving it a shot. My RE recommended it. We'll see.
My acupuncturist said the same thing, she is a big fan of eggs and said "eat eggs for your eggs". I figure it can't hurt. And at this point I'll try anything, I am **this close** to rolling in the wet spot.
