I really want to be pregnant, but I think I am going to at least stop pumping if not nursing for AF to come back. Still pumping twice a day and I'm not ready to stop nursing though. I'm afraid if I stop pumping my milk will dry up. LO is 15 months so not sure if this is even a legitimate fear. So no babies for me for now. I keep randomly peeing on sticks and hoping but no luck so far.
I'm mildly crazy and I'm sure that will only get worse so I'll probably do 2 a day for now. FF says late morning or early afternoon urine, I believe so I was going by that.

This is what I have always heard. I was under the impression that the hormone is produced at only a certain time of day and it takes x amount of time for it to pass through to the urine. Everyone's system works a little differently, so different people have luck with different times. FWIW, I've been getting positive OPKs at night lately, which I've never seen recommended, so you never know.

See, this is why I don't like my midwife - opposite advice.
FWIW though if you know you are ovulating around then and haven't had trouble TTC, I'd just get it on every day or other day or so for a week.
I could maybe skip the opks since EWCM is always a huge indicator for me but my H has (had?) low sperm count when we had it tested the year before I got pregnant with F. So doing it every other day is better with that. I want to try to catch that most fertile time because of that as well.
Can someone tell me wtf the difference is between days sooner than the day of your missed period and days before day of expected period? Bc they sound exactly the same to me. But apparently it's a one day difference.
Did you expected it on Thursday, it's missed on Friday.
TTC with PCOS since November 2009

Re: ~~~Preggie Pact!!!~~~
I wish you loads (pun most definitely intended) of broken condoms in your future.
Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste,
It all revolves around you.
Nothing is happening for me yet. I ovulate in a week or so. I hope that this month works out for us!
@stringy813 a quiet thirty minutes definitely helps reset my soul. Even though BM couldn't be there, I'm glad you got some quiet
ETA apparently it's really important that I page stringy twice
(J/K, she wasn't an oops, she was a miracle and a surprise. But I was!)

I have a question: do you guys use opks once or twice a day? I'm new to opks and keep seeing conflicting info.
