@IfMamaAintHappy that is so crushing. I'm so sorry that after going through a whole cycle you were left with nothing. Take time to let your body heal. Trust me when I tell you it needs to. Did you schedule a wtf appt yet?

@Justone13 I just scheduled it this morning. His first available is next Thurs Nov 6, so that's not too far out (although it will feel like a lifetime). Also the lab director just called me and gave me a lot of specifics about exactly what they did (and didn't do) and when, so that was very helpful. His best guess was, based on what he saw in the way they behaved, was a genetic chromosomal issue. So we are back to me having bad eggs.
@IfMamaAintHappy I'm glad that you can get in next week. I had to wait almost a month for mine which is bs. I hope that you get some more answer when you go in!! Keep us updated.

I had a transvag ultrasound today. RE asked me to come in because of the stalled beta. He said it looks like I may have ovulated..which would explain the intense pain in my side over the weekend. This is a good sign..If I get AF I won't have to have a D&C to fix this stupid beta issue. HCG test will be back tomorrow. While I was there and had him captive at the ultra sound machine I demanded and recurrent misscarriage panel. Clotting, antibody the whole shebang. I went into nerd mode this weekend and listed all of the tests I wanted done, this is in addition to the PGS screening. I am a little annoyed that I had to ask for it. I figured he would have recommended it. I want answers dammit and if I have to go to med school myself to get the information I will! Below is the photo of the vials needed for the misscarriage panel. I felt a little dizzy after, but oh well.
IVF # 1 - 6 blasts made it to freeze. Transferred 1 fresh blast. Low first beta, but rose appropriately. Bean made it and we heard Heartbeat!! Sadly Bean couldn't hold on. Heartbroken. M/C.
FET # 2 - 2 beautiful blasts transferred. 1st beta - 74. #'s rose appropriately. Ultrasound found Sac and fetal pole! Sadly bean couldn't hang on. M/C. Devastated.
One frosty left.
IVF#2 - ER Scheduled for November. We will be doing PGD. Transfer most likely JAN 2015.
@CRMhoney holy shit balls. That's a ton of blood you had to give. I agree with the testing though. I think at the very least it's better to know everything. I hope that AF shows up quickly and the d&c isn't needed.

I have a history of very light periods and short cycles. Testing last year revealed a low AMH (0.4) so my RE suggested moving straight to IVF.
We did IVF#1 in May - transfer was cancelled due to thin lining, and we ended up with one frosty.
IVF#2 was in August - again, lining was too thin for transfer - none of my eggs fertilized, so nothing to freeze.
IVF#3 in September resulted in 4 fertilized eggs, but only one made it to freeze.
For some reason my lining has difficulty getting thick enough for implantation. Throughout my monitored cycles it never got above 4mm. We're hoping to do a FET this cycle with one of my frosties. My RE is willing to throw everything they've got at my uterus to get it jacked up. Estrogen pills, suppositories, and Viagra were mentioned. I'm on BCP right now until I get the call from the nurse with my schedule. Hopefully I can get started soon.
Me - 32 H - 32
Married July 2009
TTC#1 since Feb 2013
RE consult Oct 2013 due to short cycles/light periods
@CRMhoney DH and I went in the same day to get our blood drawn for the RPL (his was for karotyping). He had 2 measly vials and I had all those! Typical. Hope the RPL gives you some answers. My OB and RE both warned me that often it turns up nothing when you so desperately want an answer (they weren't discouraging me- it was their suggestion to do it). That was my case- all normal. But now I am super informed and by process of elimination we've narrowed down the possible culprits.
IVF #4 No suppression/Antagonist Nov 2014/Converted to IUI #1 = BFN IVF #4.1 Feb 2015 = cancelled IVF #4.2 April 2015 - Lupron Stop Protocol with ICSI = PGD testing of embryo indicated it was abnormal IVF #5 June 2015 EPP with Antagonist
@IfMamaAintHappy - I'm so sorry I know the pain of going through an IVF cycle and getting canceled just before transfer... Devastating. I'm sending hugs your way.
Right now, I'm trying to get everything squared away for my 'Make it or Break it Week' which is next week. I have four appointments that will determine whether or not we do a fresh transfer or a freeze-all. Monday = E2 check with the RE, Tuesday = follow-up with the rheumatologist (new Dx and lots of questions!), Wednesday = lining check with the RE, Friday = Dr. KK extravaganza (Doppler, follow-up & IVIg if we can get the insurance figured out).... One step at a time? And a lot of prayer? I really hope that we get to transfer!! I hope that our donor has an amazing cycle (I want alllll the embabies!!). I hope I get pregnant with a Tiny Turkey Ninja SOON!!!

Hi Ladies!
Sorry for the delay, I just posted this week's check-in.
AuroraP725 I added you to the team. I'm sorry you are joining us, but I hope you find it helpful and that your uterus gets with the program!
@CRMhoney I hope your beta goes down, quickly. I share your pain! My RE had us do all that testing after our first failed IVF to rule things out.
